This particular car is a genuine 365hp 327ci with manual gearshift, and was delivered in July 1964 in sunny Florida. The car has been cherished by only two American owners. In 2008, it found its way to a German collector, who has lovingly kept this Corvette in top shape.
The purchase was no accident: he specifically chose this American example for its excellent condition and matching numbers, making the import to the EU more than worthwhile. In the past few years, he has invested over 20.000 Euros to keep the car in prime condition. Executed work comprises of regular maintenance and replacement of several wear parts, such as suspension rubbers and linkages, brake lines and cylinders. But also springs and shock absorbers, tires and even a brand new wiring harness. All invoices with details of performed work are on file.
The chassis is completely free of rust or damage, the bodywork is very neat and shows only minimal signs of use.
And it gets even better: this C2 Convertible comes with both a vinyl softtop and a factory glassfiber hardtop, a very rare extra.
All invoices and documents are present and neatly kept in a handsome binder.
